Butterfly life cycle costumes

As well as teaching children about butterfly feeding methods, I also created interactive props and costumes explaining the butterfly life cycle. Children could sit inside the cosy egg, be hatched into caterpillar costumes, crawl through a pupae and become butterflies. This is one of the pairs of butterfly wings I handmade for the week long holiday event.
